Church of the Most Holy Crucifix (Chiesa del Santissimo Crocefisso)
Deconsecrated church, now home to a bank institute.
It was rebuilt in 1858.
The Brotherhood of the Disciplinants is located about 100 meters west of the parish church.
The present building-adapted to house a bank institute-dates back to 1858.
In fact, by a letter from the parish priest of Tigliole dated 04/15/1957, permission was requested from the bishop of Asti to sell the Church of the Confraternity of the Most Holy Crucifix to the Cassa di Risparmio di Asti, permission which was granted.
Probably the primitive construction was earlier than 1500.
There is a document from 1645 found in the archives of the Episcopal Curia of Pavia, in which the Community of Tigliole, in addition to asking the bishop for permission to erect a new parish church, also proposes to leave the old parish church to the Brotherhood of the Disciplinants in place of their oratory, which they are willing to sell and tear down.
The orientation of the building, at first to the west, is now to the east; a small bell tower completes the complex, standing on the south side.
A column from the pre-existing building has been preserved inside, incorporated into the present arrangement.
